Ad Description	Vagabond 47, Ketch, 1982, William Garden She's setup for offshore cruising and adventure and equally spacious and comfortable for simply hanging out in a local cruising ground. For the weekend or the world! Professionally built in Taiwan with a thick GRP hull before the material was economised, Thekwini IV is a robust and proven cruiser, well-equipped for handling the open ocean or coastal cruising. She is great for living aboard with her spacious wooden interior. She features a central cockpit which is the first of several areas to chill on this boat. With her roomy teak deck (sanded and re-caulked in November 2023) you will find yourself entertaining guests both forward, aft (poop deck) or on the deckhouse. There is space enough to comfortably sleep on deck optionally under an awning. In 2022 the hull was completely stripped back with a special tool from America, all new epoxy layers and coatings - £10,000 job! I purchased her in 2016 and have maintained her to a high standard and improved upon her. The woodwork is in good condition, the engine was rebuilt in 2018 and the regular servicing has been met as per the manufactures guidelines. A new Bimini was built in 2022 with side and rear panels that zip up and enclose you around the sprayhood which served us well during the monsoon in the Indian Ocean. She has just been out of the water for antifoul/polishing/anodes etc. Stainless polished. She’s looking and feeling good. She has a great vibe already for a new owner.
